I always knew it---kissing relieves stress! Now, according to a Lafayette College (in Pennsylvania) study, they discovered that "cortisol, a stress hormone, lowered in men and women after they kissed." In fact, according to Helen Fisher, a biological anthropologist at Rutgers University: "When a couple kisses, the brain is bombarded not only by sensations but by chemical processes...when a man kisses a woman, he injects testosterone through his saliva." Sounds good to me!
